How is your pricing structured?
We use a tiered pricing model based on your monthly visit volume, plus a standard one-time setup fee. You'll know your exact rate before you sign anything. No hidden percentages, no surprise line items later.
Which EHRs do you work with?
We regularly work inside SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, and most major EHR and practice management platforms. During onboarding we'll confirm access to your system and take it from there. No need to switch software to work with us.
How long does onboarding take?
Most practices are fully transitioned within a couple of weeks. It starts with a free consult about your practice and payer mix, then a smooth handoff where we plug into your existing EHR and take over billing securely.
Do you handle credentialing and CAQH?
Yes. We handle new payer credentialing and paneling, and we maintain your CAQH profile on an ongoing basis so re-attestations and renewals never sneak up on you.
What happens when a claim gets denied?
Every denial gets reviewed and, where it's worth pursuing, appealed. Just as important, we trace the denial back to its root cause, whether that's a coding issue, an eligibility gap, or a documentation requirement, so the same denial doesn't keep happening.
How do you accept payment?
We accept payment via Zelle and Venmo for simplicity and speed. Details are provided during onboarding.
Do you work with solo practitioners, or only group practices?
Both. We work with solo therapists in private practice as well as small group practices with multiple clinicians. Our pricing tiers scale with your volume either way.
Where are you located?
D&T Billing is based in Jackson, Michigan, and we work with practices both locally and remotely across the country.
Is my clients' data secure?
Yes. We follow HIPAA-compliant processes for handling protected health information at every step, from eligibility checks through claim submission and reporting. Your clients' data is treated with the same care you'd expect in your own practice.
